Blue!

I've really been drawn to all shades of blue lately!  This is another skirt that I bought in Byron Bay.  I really did go skirt crazy while I was there!😉 This one is another unique handmade skirt from one of my fave shops, Tasa Jara.  I love the patchwork style and the mix of colours and prints in the one skirt.  It makes choosing a top so much easier when the possibilities for matching are endless!😉

For the first wear of my new skirt though, I decided to stick to shades of blue for the rest of the outfit.

The outfit:
Top: Suzanne Grae
Skirt: Tasa Jara
Shoes: Cupid Chocolaticas by Hot Chocolate Design
Earrings & Bag: Rockmans
Ring: Butterfly Silver
Bangle: bought at markets

  1. I love this outfit. Blue certainly looks great on you and as usual you have matched your accessories to perfection. I particularly like that you have been able to shop at stores who make their own outfits and thus lessening the chance of "running into yourself" when out of the house.

  2. I agree with Flossie that blue looks great on you! I'm loving the different shades of blue in your skirt as well as the mixed print. That it's a unique piece can only be a bonus! Tasa Jara does sound like your kind of shop ... And the kitty brooch pinned to your top is the perfect accessory. xxx

  3. I have been grooving on blue too! I'm really drawn to navy and darker tones of blue, as well as cobalt and aqua. Funny how we go in phases with colours, isn't it? I love your pretty skirt, and the kitty silhouette pin, and of course, scritches on the head for purry Amber!

  4. I love blue (and have been wearing it so much lately!) I notice I wear it when I need a boost, so as it's been a busy month with some sickness all round I've been picking clothes that make me feel good, and they are all pretty much blue, haha! It's easily the most dominant colour in my wardrobe.

Your maxi skirt is beautiful, such a fun combination of prints :)

Hope you are having a great weekend :) It's been a bit cooler and rainy this week but I'm not complaining, I'm excited Autumn is starting to arrive at last :)
