Flower Power

There's nothing like a bit of flower power to brighten a cold winter's day!  This skirt is an old favourite and is one of my summer staples.  I think this is actually its first winter wear!  I decided to pair it with a scarf that matches the colours and with other floral accessories.  You know how much I love matchy-matchy!

The outfit:
Top: Sussan
Cardi: Target
Scarf: present from Mum
Skirt: Sirocco
Boots: Colorado
Bag: bought at op-shop

Earrings: Sussan
Ring: Lovisa

Two other ways I've worn this skirt:

  1. I hadn't realised you owned a skirt that matches so well with the scarf so I guess I can pat myself on the back and say, "good choice Mum".

  2. I like your winter combination and the fact that the skirt is a nice choice for winter and also for summer. Scarves really suit you so my advice is to get as much wear out of them before the wrather starts heating up again. Flossie

  3. It's a beautiful skirt! And you know I'll always love a bit of matchy matchy! Glad you could give this skirt a winter wear, it's been so cold lately I haven't been wanting to wear my skirts much!

Hope you are having a lovely week!

  4. I love flowers in all seasons, but they've got extra special powers in Winter, brightening up cold, grey and rainy days! The skirt works equally well in Winter, and I love the colour of your top, too. I do think coloured tops suit you much better than black! Love the quirky, almost matching, earrings and your bag, which is providing an extra floral punch! xxx

  5. Aw, it's so sweet that your Mum commented. :) I love this skirt - it looks like it has good Swoosh Factor! It goes so well with both the purse and the scarf! I think this is the best of the 3 outfits - great accessorizing! Those earrings are right up my alley, and I used to own a ring very similar to that. Hope your week is going well, Sasha! Does Amber get more cuddly now that your temps are dropping?
