Well, summer has well and truly arrived in Brisbane!  Today was unbearably hot and reached 38°C!  Luckily I was able to spend most of the day in air-conditioned comfort!! Hi Blog Friends.  Hope you're well.  I've been under a lot of stress lately and it seemed to culminate in a cardiac event at work the other day.  It wasn't a heart attack, thankfully, but it was absolutely terrifying.  On top of the terror associated with rapid pulse, palpitations, chest pain, sweating, shaking and shortness of breath, it happened in front of my boss and co-workers, which was mortifying!  I only work one day a week and of course it happened on that one day!  An ambulance was called and I was carted off to hospital.  It was my first ever ride in an ambulance.  My nine year old son thinks that is so cool!  I do not!  It was an awful experience and a wake-up call to start managing my stress more effectively.  That's where you guys come in!   This blog will always be mostly about fashion and style, but given health and well-being is important for every single one of us, I thought I'd ask for your advice.  That way,  we can learn from each other
