This would have to be my fave casual summer dress.  Although it is still technically spring, it has been so hot and humid recently, that it really feels like summer.  When I wear this dress, I feel like I'm on holidays somewhere beachy and relaxing!  A girl can dream, right?!😉 The other great thing about this dress, is the cool fabric and the fact that it has pockets too!  Although I could've easily worn the dress without the shrug (due to the heat) I don't like wearing bare shoulders! This shrug gives the perfect amount of coverage, and keeps me cool! I've decided to start doing a weekly post entitled My Fave 5 .  I'm going to choose my favourite five of a different category each week.  This week's category is: Animal patterned tops. 1)  Chameleon top, H&M 2)  Hummingbird top, Caroline Morgan  3)  Fox top, Target  4)  Black cat top, Rockmans 5)  Owl top, Tree of Life I love all of these tops, but my fave would have to be the hummingbird top.  The colours are so pretty and this top can be paired nicely with a variety of coloured skirts and pants. I don't own many slogan tees, but when I see a good one, I have to have it! I love this new "Hippies always welcome" tee by Woodstock.  Plus, it was only $15, which makes it even better! I've had this skirt for a loooong time, but I still really like the colours, style and fit.  Plus, it has pockets! Gotta love pockets! Top: Woodstock brand, bought at Big W. This is the first time I am appearing in my blog actually wearing my clothes and not just taking photos of them! Eek! I feel a bit nervous and self-conscious about posting photos of myself but I must admit the "photo shoot" was fun! I'm only using the camera on my phone, so nothing fancy or professional looking: just me in my clothes and accessories goofing around!!
