Shopping Spree!

I've been on a bit of a shopping spree lately, so I thought I'd share some of my purchases with you!  As usual, my shopping spree revolved mainly around buying accessories!  I also bought the cardi and skirt in today's outfit.  

Finding quirky and fun accessories makes me happy!  I just love stumbling across some great new treasures when you least expect it.  I hope you enjoy perusing my new purchases!

    You got me at shopping spree, as I love to go on one of those myself ;-) Loving your twirly skirt and gorgeous new cardi! As always, your accessories are ace, but I'm particularly fond of the octopus necklace, the op-shopped handbag and the shoes! Now, repeat after me: you can never have too much jewellery! xxx

    You sure are the Queen of Accessories and why not? It's true you can't have too many. The main thing I guess is that Amber gives her seal of approval. However it would be kinder if you didn't use the flash as she doesn't seem to like that, ha, ha. How about more twirling photos as what a good idea you came up with by doing that!!

Colourful Crop Cardis & Midi Skirts

Our internet is in and out at the moment, so while it's in , I'm going to go for it! The outfits I'm sharing with you today are quite different on the surface, as the colour schemes are dramatically different!  The first one has lots of autumnal colours and a bit of a 1970s vibe and the second one features more summery colours with a slight nautical vibe!  When I wore these outfits recently, I never thought they were similar at all, until I was going through my blog photos and realised both outfits were made up of colourful tees, cropped cardis and midi skirts!  So in that realisation, this post was born! My favourite outfit is the first one, because I haven't worn those colours much before and I was happy pairing these items together for the first time!  I like the second outfit as well, but I do wear blue and red together quite often.  Actually, it might be a good outfit for Australia Day, which is coming up soon! Burgundy & Beads!

Can you believe it is almost the end of February?  I am still getting used to it being 2019, and the second month is already almost over!  This is my last week to get everything sorted out before my postgraduate studies resume again next week.  I haven't even ordered my textbooks yet!  I really need to get organised!   In the outfit I'm sharing today, I'm wearing one of my fave maxi skirts that I've had for many, many years!  I've worn it with many different coloured tops over the years, but this was the first time wearing my new burgundy coloured top.  I love the burgundy and wine colours that are around at the moment.  They're so pretty!
