Styling New Clothes: The Dress-up Continues!

Hi Blog Friends.  How are you all adjusting to lockdown life?  Hope you're all safe and well.  I haven't left the house in over a month, except for short walks around the neighbourhood.  I've been busy trying to do my assignments for university and trying to keep my son fed, bathed, entertained and educated!πŸ˜‚.  He is starting to go a bit stir-crazy, as am I and I guess, as we all are!  So no more complaining from me!  Onto the outfits!

Again I am playing dress-up in the front yard!  It's so fun creating new outfits and at least I will have a lot of outfits prepared and ready to go after the pandemic passes!

  1. I'm pleased you are surviving the lock down as we all are. Again I'm having trouble deciding on my favourite outfit. I love the skirt in no.1. In no.2 I love the shrug & in no.3 I like the bright tshirt which lifts the outfit. However the lovliest thing of all is that beautiful Amber cat. Best wishes, Flossie xxx

  2. I really need to check out Isle of Summer, all the pieces I loved in these outfits are from that brand! I did get an add from them on facebook after visiting them last time you mentioned them and they had a sale on, but all my fashion budget has been diverted into buying new toys / workbooks / educational things for the kids, haha! We had a couple activity books and workbooks at home but nothing I felt confident to do learning at home with, so I've been buying a lot! So far I've found lego is the best way to keep them entertained while I work - thank goodness I only have to work 3 days a week, can't imagine how the full time people are handling the juggle!

Hope that you had a nice weekend :)

    1. Thanks so much, Mica! I do really love the Isle of Summer brand! I've bought so much from them lately! I love that they are ethically made, environmentally friendly and based here in Brissie! Lego is always a winner for kids at any age, and even big kids too!πŸ˜‚Take care. XXX

  3. You have the cutest accessories! I have 4 boys at home and they have enjoyed the laid back schedule. I think that they are going to be needing a break from each other soon but most of the time they get along well before a meltdown or two. We are spending a lot of time outdoors.

    1. Thanks so much, Mireille! Spending time outdoors is so great at the moment, rather than being indoors all day. Take care. XXX

  4. How lovely to see your post pop up, Sasha, and what a treat those three dress-up outfits are. I couldn't live without dressing up, even if it's just for a day spent at home. Which is most days now. Choosing a favourite is almost impossible, as there are things I love in each and every one of them. I managed to whittle it down to outfit number 1 - that skirt's got such a gorgeous print and how fabulous is that bag - and outfit number 3. I've finally decided that this is my favourite. That skirt is just heavenly and I love how you paired it with the cerise pink tee and that gorgeous necklace and ring! As for lockdown, although I'm missing charity shopping quite a bit, that's more than made up for by being able to be at home and enjoy my garden. I'm not sure Phoebe likes it very much, though, as we're constantly intruding on her domain :-) Do keep safe and sane, lovely Sasha. Sending a big virtual hug from Belgium! xxxx
