Black & Gold & New Yellow Bag!

I've been really into the colour yellow lately and have recently bought a variety of yellow accessories: earrings, rings, necklaces and shoes!  I realised that there was a gap in my accessory collection: no yellow bag!

The other day I filled that gap by buying a yellow bag on sale! I absolutely love the colour and it makes me feel happy to carry around such a bright and cheerful bag all day!  I decided to go with a black and gold theme with my dress and other accessories.

    I really like this outfit and think the dress suits you. Without a doubt the handbag is certainly an excellent purchase as the contrast with the dress is great. I feel that yellow accessories also lift an outfit. Yellow and bright like the sun!!!

    Now that you mention it, I haven't got a yellow bag either. Must do something about that, although I doubt that it's the season for yellow bags here ... I can feel a trip to the charity shops coming on ;-) I love your dress, which is looking great on you, Sasha! xxx

    I love black and gold together so I really like your top! Your yellow bag is awesome too - I've been loving mustard yellow lately and have been buying a lot of it, more than any other colour. I love the couple of little yellow bags I have, such fun pops of colour, as you demonstrate so beautifully here! :)

Colourful Crop Cardis & Midi Skirts

Our internet is in and out at the moment, so while it's in , I'm going to go for it! The outfits I'm sharing with you today are quite different on the surface, as the colour schemes are dramatically different!  The first one has lots of autumnal colours and a bit of a 1970s vibe and the second one features more summery colours with a slight nautical vibe!  When I wore these outfits recently, I never thought they were similar at all, until I was going through my blog photos and realised both outfits were made up of colourful tees, cropped cardis and midi skirts!  So in that realisation, this post was born! Burgundy & Beads!

Can you believe it is almost the end of February?  I am still getting used to it being 2019, and the second month is already almost over!  This is my last week to get everything sorted out before my postgraduate studies resume again next week.  I haven't even ordered my textbooks yet!  I really need to get organised!   In the outfit I'm sharing today, I'm wearing one of my fave maxi skirts that I've had for many, many years!  I've worn it with many different coloured tops over the years, but this was the first time wearing my new burgundy coloured top.  I love the burgundy and wine colours that are around at the moment.  They're so pretty!
