Mixed-Print Top, Khaki Skirt & Thrifted Bag!

I bought this top on sale the other day and was excited to wear it!  I wasn't sure what to wear it with for the first time, but I decided to pair it with this khaki skirt that I've had for about 10 years. 

I chose bright accessories to match the colours from the top and I used my recently thrifted dark green bag for the first time!  It's a great bag and fits lots inside it!  I bought it with the tags still on it, so it was a great deal for $10.

My watch is new (thanks Mum!).  I love the colour and the band has little flowers and butterflies on it.  So pretty!

    Wow I love this outfit. You've matched the accessories really well to the top and brought out the colors. It must be extra special seeing Amber looks very happy wearing the necklace.

    Oh that is such a beautiful top! I love the colours and print on it, the neutral khaki skirt was a great pairing with it, as was that bag. You always know just how to wear colours! :)

    Hope that you are having a good week so far! It's been a bit crazy here with surgery for my son on Monday!

Colourful Crop Cardis & Midi Skirts

Our internet is in and out at the moment, so while it's in , I'm going to go for it! The outfits I'm sharing with you today are quite different on the surface, as the colour schemes are dramatically different!  The first one has lots of autumnal colours and a bit of a 1970s vibe and the second one features more summery colours with a slight nautical vibe!  When I wore these outfits recently, I never thought they were similar at all, until I was going through my blog photos and realised both outfits were made up of colourful tees, cropped cardis and midi skirts!  So in that realisation, this post was born! Burgundy & Beads!

Can you believe it is almost the end of February?  I am still getting used to it being 2019, and the second month is already almost over!  This is my last week to get everything sorted out before my postgraduate studies resume again next week.  I haven't even ordered my textbooks yet!  I really need to get organised!   In the outfit I'm sharing today, I'm wearing one of my fave maxi skirts that I've had for many, many years!  I've worn it with many different coloured tops over the years, but this was the first time wearing my new burgundy coloured top.  I love the burgundy and wine colours that are around at the moment.  They're so pretty!
