Styling my new koi brooch
When I saw the Japan inspired brooch collection at Erstwilder, it was hard to resist buying them all! I already own a few others and I just could not resist this one! The colours of this koi (carp) brooch in real life are just so beautiful: a true work of art.
I studied Japanese language and culture at university and lived in Japan for two years. Living in Japan was an amazing experience and Japan will always be my second home.
I try to visit Japan as often as I can to catch up with friends, practise my language skills, go shopping and eat authentic Japanese cuisine!
The outfit:
Top: Crossroads
Skirt: Om Shantipi
The shoes:
Hush Puppies
The earrings:
The bracelet:
The bag:
Thank you for visiting! Don't forget to Live Life in Full Bloom! XXX

I really, really love that koi brooch. It is so Japanese and I, too, like to visit Japan on a regular basis but I can't say I've ever seen anything so lovely as that when visiting there. I'm sure if you wear it when you next visit Japan you will get lots of comments on how lovely it is.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you're right! Thanks so much! XXX
DeleteGorgeous brooch, and I'm also really drawn to that skirt and bracelet - you have a good eye for pattern, Sasha!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Sheila! I really appreciate you saying that because I love your style so much! Thank you! XXX
