My new bag and ring

It's always fun to wear new clothes and accessories! I love looking through my wardrobe and coming up with different combinations and finding accessories to match. I find the process of mixing and matching clothes creative, fun and relaxing!

    Not a fair contest, as Amber is so darned cute! I love the colours in that bag! I am the same with putting outfits together - it makes me feel good, and boosts my creativity. I need to spend some "me" time this weekend making up some combos. Thanks for the self-care reminder!

    Selfie kisses?? I guess Amber isn't as aloof as I had imagined. I think you wear the necklace better but don't mention this to Amber as she might not believe you. The red and blue together look really lovely on you. As for the bag!! Gorgeous!!

      Thanks so much, Ellen Grace! Amber sure is becoming a real sook lately. I love getting kisses from my girl! Amber definitely would not agree that I wore the necklace best! Luckily I'm more than happy to share the spotlight with her! Haha! XXX

Colourful Crop Cardis & Midi Skirts

Our internet is in and out at the moment, so while it's in , I'm going to go for it! The outfits I'm sharing with you today are quite different on the surface, as the colour schemes are dramatically different!  The first one has lots of autumnal colours and a bit of a 1970s vibe and the second one features more summery colours with a slight nautical vibe!  When I wore these outfits recently, I never thought they were similar at all, until I was going through my blog photos and realised both outfits were made up of colourful tees, cropped cardis and midi skirts!  So in that realisation, this post was born! My favourite outfit is the first one, because I haven't worn those colours much before and I was happy pairing these items together for the first time!  I like the second outfit as well, but I do wear blue and red together quite often.  Actually, it might be a good outfit for Australia Day, which is coming up soon! Burgundy & Beads!

Can you believe it is almost the end of February?  I am still getting used to it being 2019, and the second month is already almost over!  This is my last week to get everything sorted out before my postgraduate studies resume again next week.  I haven't even ordered my textbooks yet!  I really need to get organised!   In the outfit I'm sharing today, I'm wearing one of my fave maxi skirts that I've had for many, many years!  I've worn it with many different coloured tops over the years, but this was the first time wearing my new burgundy coloured top.  I love the burgundy and wine colours that are around at the moment.  They're so pretty!
