What should I wear on Christmas Day?

The weather forecast for Christmas Day this year is sunny with temperatures up to 32°C!  It's going to be a hot one!  I've been thinking about what I'm going to wear on the day and I've narrowed it down to five comfy and cool outfits.

Here they are (in no particular order):


Outfit 1: Sparkly spotty top, denim skirt & sparkly sandals



Outfit 2: Tie-dye dress, crochet cardi & blue sandals


Outfit 3: Red top, red & white skirt & cupid Chocolaticas


 Outfit 4: Dress, crochet cardi & cupid Chocolaticas


Outfit 5: Blue top, colourful skirt & blue bird shoes

    All outfits would seem appropriate for your Christmas Day celebrations but my choice would be no. 3 which is keeping with the Christmas colors being red. Now for Amber, it would be impossible to choose just one as she looks gorgeous in all of the necklaces. However maybe the family tree one would be my choice as she is obviously an important part of your family. Merry Christmas to you, your family and of course, Amber.

    Merry Christmas to you family and a special Thank You to Amber for being such a fashion inspiration. I think I like no. 4 if I had to choose, but all would seem very appropriate for a hot Christmas Day.

    A bit of sparkle never goes astray at Christmas time or any time of the year for that matter. That being the case my choice is no. 1. Merry Christmas and a Happy 2018 to you, your family and indeed your muse who, by the way, looks gorgeous in every necklace.

    Oh I love the last one, but I do confess that the gold polka dot tee made me smile as I have a very similar top from Jeanswest! I wish I had a denim skirt to wear it with! :)

    You can't go wrong with any of them :)

    I haven't decided yet what to wear yet for Christmas, I know it will be one of my maxi dresses but I haven't picked one.

    Hope you are having a great week! With all of the gifts bought and wrapped I'm enjoying a few quiet days until Christmas.

    For someone living at the other side of the world, where Christmas signifies Winter, it is quite a mind-boggling concept that you will be celebrating the day in 32°C! I am going with your first outfit, as I love the sparkly spotty top! As for Amber, she obviously looks great whatever she wears, but Phoebe says she loves the turquoise necklace the most. She is now demanding to wear one of mine ... Happy Christmas, Sasha! xxx

    The shiny dot top! It looks the most seasonal to me. The last look reads quite work-y.

    Amber looks best in the contrasting turquoise necklace (although she looks the most cranky in it! Ha!).

Colourful Crop Cardis & Midi Skirts

Our internet is in and out at the moment, so while it's in , I'm going to go for it! The outfits I'm sharing with you today are quite different on the surface, as the colour schemes are dramatically different!  The first one has lots of autumnal colours and a bit of a 1970s vibe and the second one features more summery colours with a slight nautical vibe!  When I wore these outfits recently, I never thought they were similar at all, until I was going through my blog photos and realised both outfits were made up of colourful tees, cropped cardis and midi skirts!  So in that realisation, this post was born! Burgundy & Beads!

Can you believe it is almost the end of February?  I am still getting used to it being 2019, and the second month is already almost over!  This is my last week to get everything sorted out before my postgraduate studies resume again next week.  I haven't even ordered my textbooks yet!  I really need to get organised!   In the outfit I'm sharing today, I'm wearing one of my fave maxi skirts that I've had for many, many years!  I've worn it with many different coloured tops over the years, but this was the first time wearing my new burgundy coloured top.  I love the burgundy and wine colours that are around at the moment.  They're so pretty!
